I couldnt agree with you more about Oakwood, we went recently during a bank holiday and overall I was most impressed with the number of rides we were able to get on, Megafobia at least 5 times!! The park is nice and compact and very reasonable, the only reason we decided to visit was the recent price hike at another well-known UK park, it was a very pleasant surprise. It rained a little on our day too but we braved Hydro in the afternoon and werent disapointed - very wet and cold but worth it for that drop. Sorry for the late post but only found your website recently and had to remark.
